This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by Deep Consultancy Services through https://deepisoipr.com/.
All professional, consultation, documentation, processing, coordination and service fees paid to Deep Consultancy Services are non-refundable once payment has been made.
The service fee covers professional time, consultation, documentation, preparation, processing, coordination and other work associated with the selected service.
Accordingly, service fees will not be refunded due to cancellation, change of mind, non-use of the service, delay, rejection or any other reason, except where a refund is expressly required under applicable law.
A client may request cancellation of a service at any time. However, cancellation does not create an entitlement to a refund of the service fee already paid.
If the client cancels after the work has commenced, the client remains responsible for any outstanding amounts that have become payable under the agreed quotation, proposal or service arrangement.
Government fees, statutory fees, registration fees, certification-body fees, examination fees, audit fees, laboratory fees, professional third-party charges, courier charges and other external expenses are separate from Deep Consultancy Services’ professional fee.
Such amounts may be non-refundable, particularly where they have already been paid, submitted or incurred with the relevant authority or third party.
Any refund of a third-party amount is subject to the refund rules and decision of that respective authority or service provider.
Payment of the service fee does not guarantee approval, registration, certification, acceptance or issuance by any government authority, registry, certification body, auditor or other third party.
If an application, registration, certification or other service is rejected, objected to, delayed or not approved by the relevant authority or third party, the professional service fee paid to Deep Consultancy Services will not be refundable.
Any additional work required after an objection, rejection, audit finding, examination report or change in requirements may be subject to additional professional fees, where applicable.
Deep Consultancy Services may depend on government departments, registries, certification bodies, auditors, laboratories or other third parties.
Delays caused by such organizations do not qualify for a refund of the professional service fee.
Estimated timelines communicated to clients are indicative and may change depending on third-party procedures and requirements.
No refund will be provided where processing or completion is delayed or affected because of:
If a client accidentally makes a duplicate payment or pays an amount in excess of the agreed fee, the client should notify Deep Consultancy Services immediately.
After verification, an eligible excess payment may be returned, subject to applicable transaction, payment gateway or banking charges.
This provision does not apply to the agreed professional service fee itself.
Where reasonably possible, a client may request modification of the scope of an ongoing service.
Any change in scope, additional service or new requirement may result in additional fees.
Such modification does not create a right to a refund of the original service fee.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Where a refund is legally required, it will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
